Starvation is one of the biggest threats Yemeni people face.
With the devastating effects now leaving Yemen the worlds worst humanitarian crisis, millions of people are food insecure. Even before the war broke out in Yemen, it was one of the poorest countries in the Middle East. You can help alleviate the hunger by donating to our food projects and supporting a needy cause.
Give a food pack for only £40 and feed a family about 7, for a month.
We aim to provide food parcels to the most needy in Yemen
As part of SABA Relief’s goal, to provide support and care to all aspects of Yemeni society. This is just the tip of the iceberg and we desperately need your financial support to provide more food parcels to even more disadvantaged families and individuals.
Food is one of the basic needs that is essential to survive and to maintain the health of the individual and their family. SABA Relief recognises this undeniable fact and understands that millions of Yemenis including thousands of children are severely malnourished.
These parcels of food supplies are essential for daily life, covering the needs of needy families. Each parcel consists of: flour, rice, sugar, vegetable oil, etc.
The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “One is not a believer who fills his stomach while his neighbour goes hungry.” (Bukhari).
Every year, SABA Relief also create a Ramadan Campaign for everyone to remember the poor and needy in Yemen during an important month. It is the most blessed month in the Islamic calendar, and is an opportunity for us to give food and gifts to the less fortunate.
